You tried it and something felt off — a reaction, a performance issue, or the product arrived damaged. That's exactly what this promise is for.
Just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and tell us what happened. We're listening.
We'll need just a few things from you:
- Your order ID
- A quick note on what went wrong
- A photo or short video if the product arrived damaged or leaking (within 48 hours of delivery)
That's it. No long forms, no interrogation. Just a conversation.
How We'll Make It Right
We'll offer you store credit that never expires — so you can try something else from our range at your own pace. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method, just let us know and we'll sort that too (within 7–10 business days).
And the best part? You don't need to send the product back. We trust you.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
We're a small, honest brand and this promise is built on mutual trust — so here's what it covers:

We're not able to extend the promise for:
- A change of heart before really trying it (we ask that you've used at least a quarter of the product)
- Scent preferences — we describe our fragrances on every product page, so do take a peek before ordering!
- Bulk orders of 3+ units, clearance sale purchases, or promotional offer orders
- Second claims on the same product category
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is defective or damaged.
- The product does not match the description or specifications provided on our website.
- The product is returned in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Submit a Request: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone with your order details and reason for refund.
- Provide Proof: Share photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item for verification.
- Return the Product: Once your request is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us.

3. Refund Timelines
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products returned without prior approval or beyond the 7-day return window.
5. Shipping Charges
- Refunds do not include shipping fees, except in cases where the product was defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
6. Changes and Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
